Production of VitaMiks
Natural raw materials and stable quality.
We work only with selected berries, fruits, and vegetables that are harvested on the fertile lands of Kyrgyzstan. Each batch undergoes strict input control to ensure that only pure and high-quality raw materials are used in production.
Multi-level control at every stage.
The raw materials are sorted, washed, calibrated, and manually inspected. Then, they are shock-frozen (IQF), sieved, photo-separated, metal-detected, packaged, and stored at a stable temperature of -18°C.
We operate in accordance with ISO 22000 standards, which ensures the safety and high quality of our products.
Minimum distance from the field to the freezer.
We ensure the shortest possible time between harvest and freezing. Raw materials are delivered in refrigerated vehicles directly from the fields, which preserves their natural properties, taste and aroma.
IQF technology — Individual Quick Freezing.
Each piece is frozen separately.
This allows you to preserve up to 90% of vitamins, natural structure and color, and also provides convenience for customers: the product does not stick together and is easy to dose.
Modern European equipment.
VitaMiks production lines are equipped with equipment from leading European manufacturers:
